Included allowances reset monthly, even with annual billing, without rollover. Company allowances are pooled across paid seats. Purchased usage stays separate and is never silently purchased.
Saved documents and completed analyses remain accessible when AI allowances run out, subject to storage limits. Re-analyzing a document uses another analysis. Failed AI operations must not consume a successful-operation allowance.
Each eligible successful paid analysis includes one initial AI redlining generation, including eligible add-ons. Accept, reject, or manually edit existing suggestions without additional charges. Saving an edited version does not independently use an analysis. Additional AI regenerations are not unlimited. Free does not include redlining.
Email reminders before upcoming deadlines follow your configured reminder schedule and notification preferences. Multi-document questions remain subject to document-size and processing limits. Drafting, checking signing progress and downloading completed files do not independently use another signing request.
